In the last couple of years the adoption of digital media & last mile digital infrastructure has accelerated significantly making all information available in electronic form and easily accessible. While this has removed barriers it also has created new challenges with most users being ill-equipped to self-govern in a fast-moving data ecosystem despite being digitally active. Because digital information is so easy to access & manage it also draws attention to privacy & security concerns and the need for pertinent customer education.
